This is absolutely fair and polite wonderful !!!!!! corrected the problem in a few minutes! somehow managed to get penny back The close look nothing like the pictures, it took nearly two months to get the items, the material is terrible and the quality of the merchandise is the worst I have ever seen. A lot of their items say "sweater" and you get a flimsy piece of nylon. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large coat so I could wear sweaters under it. They send the wrong color coat and the coat was so small, the seams would burst if I wore it with a t-shirt on. I ordered nine items and am disappointed with everyone what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad Not only does shipping take over a month... the product is very low quality - the items received looked nothing like the pictures online.I tried to send it back I emailed the company asking for a full refund,got no response i immediately went on google, Facebook I was searching for the customer service number and I found this number which was +one-Three one two four eight eight one zero nine six I called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return nasty back and initiated my money to me Very attentive and responsive. I don't have many lines to explore myself !!!!! I appreciated his assistance.

I'm a big fan of over-the-knee boots, so I just had to get these. With my skinny legs, it’s tough to find boots that actually fit. But these fit perfectly, and the laces let you tweak the fit just right. Plus, they don’t make my size 10 (41) feet appear large. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars since it took a whole month to arrive.
